Reasonable location to train station. Overall a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

The Perfect Location

Walkable to dining, Tenmonkan the huge shopping district, sightseeing, Saigo Takamori the last samurai bronze statue, the Kagoshima Chuo-eki large train station, and everything else. Perfect location. Limited English speakers at the hotel, however, wasn’t a problem. Everyone is helpful and friendly - even the housekeeping staff are super pleasant.

We stayed in the older part of the property and it was good. The room and hotel were clean and staff friendly and helpful. We would stay again.
