Aloha! This Beautifully Designed and Just Renovated (April 2023) Large one bedroom condo unit is Tastefully redone to complement its Natural Surroundings. Located closest to the best beaches, this single level (no stairs) ground floor unit has 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. There's plenty of natural light and beautiful views throughout the whole unit. The spacious and open floor plan will help you feel relaxed and comfortable. This Kuilima Estates East condo unit could easily become your favorite place to get away from it all. This unit is cool with natural trade winds flowing through it. If needed it has a brand new split air conditioner system. There is also an A/C unit in the bedroom as an additional option for your comfort. The updated Kitchen has all New appliances, Granite countertops and everything you need for indoor meals. Located on the 18th Fairway of Turtle Bay's Fazio Golf Course, this spacious Kuilima East end unit will comfortably accommodate a family of 4 people. There's a Comfortable King Size Bed in the bedroom, a queen size blow-up air mattress and 2 fold up futon mattress with linens and pillows for everyone.
One of the coolest thing about this unit is the enclosed Private Patio Lanai. It provides a great outdoor living space that flows smoothly into the interior living room. The enclosed deck is the perfect place to store your beach gear like, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys for our guest to enjoy. It's also a great place to store your surfboards or bikes. Also, this is one of the very few condo units with the bedroom on the ocean side, away from the parking area. The bedroom opens up to another patio with carpet-like grass that rolls onto the 18th fairway. This unit is the furthest away from the highway so no street noise and you can even hear the waves lapping on the shore in the still of the night. This beautiful unit is set back up on a knoll, giving you unobstructed views and plenty of privacy. Open the windows, open the drapes and let Hawaii's Natural Beauty surround you. This Great Location is an easy walk to the Best Beaches, Golf Clubhouse, tennis courts, Recreation Area, Restaurants, and the Turtle Bay Resort. A perfectly heated swimming pool is near by with 2 poolside Bar-BQ grills. This unique vacation rental is a great find, it's very special, cool and comfortable. Turtle Bay & Kuilima is our favorite place to be on vacation and we appreciate the opportunity to share this special property with you.

The unit is as advertised! I stayed here with a group of 4 adults. We shared the king bed and the large air mattress and had no issues at all. The unit is in a great location as well in North Shore! I’d highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay here! The property manager was very helpful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was really nice, the house was super clean, and the air conditioning worked beautifully. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again. Great location too.

Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommended
We had a fantastic experience at the condo in Turtle Bay. Communication with the host, Bernie, was excellent—very responsive and helpful. The parking was easy and convenient, and the pool was just 20 meters away, which was perfect for our family. The condo was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is also superb, with two great beaches nearby and plenty of opportunities for walking and exploring the beautiful surroundings. We stayed with our two kids, and everyone had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had such a fun time in the North Shore and wished we planned a whole weeks stay instead. The hosts are wonderful! From booking the stay to checking out, the hosts made it easy and painless. My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights in July. Communication was great, no issues at all with checking in. The condo is very nicely renovated, with everything you need and more for your stay. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the property as a whole is very well kept. We had no issues or concerns, it was a great spot to stay while exploring the North Shore of beautiful Oahu. Mahalo to Bernie for your kindness and sightseeing suggestions! Perfect North Shore Getaway
Definitely recommend! This place was perfect for our quick family getaway. The communication and check in instructions were clear and detailed. The host and property manager were very friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect, with so many things to do to keep everyone occupied. The kids loved the pool. I enjoyed jogging around the property to the resort and the horse stable, and a little walk behind the condo goes to a beautiful secluded beach and Kawela Bay is a short drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

I loved so much about this place. The hosts were awesome and the condo is really nice with everything you need. It was very clean and comfy bed, sofa and recliner type chair. Nice Bluetooth speaker, TV, cable, etc. The location is great for around Turtle Bay. There are really great beaches on both sides of Turtle Bay nearby ~20 mins. The beach near the condo is ok, but there are much nicer beaches to drive to close by. We spent time around Turtle Bay Resort, just as if we were staying there, but cheaper!. The kitchen and amenities at this unit were great. Very Well appointed. The grill by pool is charcoal only. Pool was nice and very close to unit. Sunsets were amazing at Turtle Bay. Very Peaceful for the most part. The unit is on ground floor and there is a unit upstairs - one night the occupants were up later than I hoped partying. I put on white noise from my phone and it didn't stop me or my son from falling asleep. Overall A+ in my book.

Superb apartment, beautifully decorated and renovated. Very spacious with brand new amenities. Private and quiet property. Location is great to explore what the North Shore has to offer. Parking spot very convenient. Lovely heated swimming pool and the views on the golf area are beautiful. We enjoyed the smooth communication and instructions, everything was easy from start to end. We had a fantastic stay and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Romslig leilighet med felles basseng rett utenfor. Ordentlig kjøkken, vaskemaskin, tørketrommel, TVer, egen terrasse. Alt var rent, fint og koselig. Verten er grei å ha med å gjøre. God (men litt dyr) restaurant rett over gata. Kan bruke surfeutleie og bar på Turtle Bay resort (men det er dyrt! Ambefaler å ha leiebil og utforske vest og øst langs North Shore. Her finner du alle slags strender (med og uten surfebølger).

Nice renovated unit in the golf course complex
This unit was as per all the photos. Nicley renovated and clean with everything you need for a short stay. The closest beach was out the back patio, across the golf course and through the woods, just a few minutes walk. We did see turtles coming up for air at this beach just to the south of the hotel beach bay the first day but the water was very rough and had a coral shore. The next day we tried snorkling there but didn't see any turtles. The unit had beach chairs and snorkel gear to take to the beach.
