Enjoy the comforts of home in the Luxury Ocean Villa, 217. This second floor studio villa has an exceptional, unobstructed ocean view from your private lanai. This unit is only 60 feet from the beach and a two minute walk from the newly remodeled Ritz Carlton at Turtle Bay.

Ocean Villa 217 amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, a printer, in unit washer/dryer, hair dryer, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen - updated in 2024, a full size Miele fridge, and a new luxury king bed with Hotel Collection sheets. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as a huge soaking tub. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, and coffee filters. Ocean Villa 217 also includes a reserved parking spot in a gated lot at no extra cost to guests. The parking spot is only steps away from the villa with easy elevator or stairway access.

Ocean Villa 217 comfortably sleeps 2-4 guests with its king sized bed and a high end American Leather Co. queen sleeper sofa with a cooling gel mattress.

Absolutely beautifully appointed and large “villa” with spectacular views of ocean from the lanai. Owners thought of everything when furnishing and supplying this place. It’s dreamy! Hubby and I love returning to the North Shore every year for so many reasons, among which are the location and peace/calm we feel at this property. This villa really stands out from the other properties we have stayed at as it displays pride of ownership -- it is very clean, well-maintained, and has visually appealing decor. We really appreciated the FULL size refrigerator and comfy mattress. We had a couple of questions which Sapphire quickly responded to, which was also very much appreciated. We have found a new 'home' on the North Shore and plan to continue our annual visit to "The Gathering Place". Thank you Sapphire for making our stay at this villa so very enjoyable!

So relaxing and beautiful accommodations! We have family in the west side and rarely make it to the north, but we allowed ourselves some private downtime, and it was well worth it before we saw our family! I’d love to go back!

Incredible location
There really isn't a better option for staying right on the coast at Turtle Bay. Completely private, overlooking the ocean not the pool. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is high on my 'must have' list for traveling all the way to Hawaii and this beautiful condo doesn't disappoint. I tend to be very particular and found the space to be extremely clean, tidy, well maintained, and provided all that was needed. The tv had been damaged by the prior renter and the owner tried to set everything up in the few hours between our stays. They were super responsive and tried their best, and ultimately, who comes to Hawaii to watch tv anyway? So this didn't bother me and my daughter a bit. I would absolutely come back and I would prioritize choosing this same rental if available. The location really can't be beat. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear were all readily available. The linens and towels were great quality and the kitchen and bathroom were excellent and all you could need for a perfect stay. Our favourite meal of our entire trip was Foodland poke rice avocado, sitting on the beautiful balcony enjoying the gorgeous view. We did not use the facilities at the hotel but did enjoy being able to walk over to check out the gift shops. My 11 year old daughter loved the pool area and the beach was perfect for family swimming. I highly recommend this rental and fantastic owner. I promise I will be back!

Exceeded Expectations
We had such an amazing stay! The pictures of the view were what sold us on booking this property, and it didn't disappoint. The layout of the unit made it feel larger than advertised. Overall, the unit was impeccably clean and well appointed. The big patio, complete with dining set and lounger, stole the show with it's unobstructed ocean views. We also appreciated the large closet that was big enough to keep luggage out of sight and the well lit bathroom- complete with a magnifying mirror. The proximity to The Ritz gave us access to great restaurants and nightly entertainment without having to spend more to stay in a smaller room with less amenities. We were already talking about coming back before we had even checked out!

Relaxing on the North Shore
This property is beautiful inside and out. My wife & I stayed here for 15 nights. The view is as advertised. Just open those big glass doors and listen to the ocean waves all day and night. The beach & pool were steps away. The unit is tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork giving you that Hawaii feel. The kitchen and bathroom are well appointed with everything you need. Beach chairs, umbrellas & snorkel equipment were all provided.You even have a designated parking space for your vehicle. Check in was super easy. The owner answered all our questions prior to our arrival and was quick to answer back during our stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the North Shore. We had a wonderful stay at Sapphire's villa, it was just as pictured; very clean, excellent amenities and such a gorgeous location right on the water. The bed and linens were of high quality, kitchen was well stocked, and extra beach items including chairs and umbrella were in excellent shape.
