Family Get Away

Check-in was a breeze, communication (before, during and after) was a pleasure. We only reached out for one thing and the quick respose was perfect.Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

North Shore vacation

Amazing Condo
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything about this Condo was nice. The only thing that we had to report was the leaking A/c unit up in the loft. Everythimg else was stellar and we csnt wait to return. We loved the lanai which overlooked the golf course. It was besutiful & serene

Great place on the North Shore

The condo is equiped well enough that we were able to do some cooking and hang out after dark comfortably. It was great to have beach chairs, towels, and some beach toys included as well. We would for sure stay here again.

Great location — but the roof leaked
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is in a great location. Easy access to beaches, walking trains and restaurants. Great apartment layout with well-stocked kitchen. Easy drive to Honolulu area during off hours.
During a rainstorm, we had a leak in the bedroom and over the sliding glass door. Owner was very responsive to my observation and was in immediate contact with the HOA for repairs. I’m sure this place will be back to standard very soon.

Thank you David! We are terribly sorry you encountered so much rain during your vacation. We sincerely apologize for encountering any leaks as it was a new situation for us as well. Our HOA was able to get a roofing company in that week to repair a few shingles so everything was good to go! ALOHAAAA!

Good and Bad
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe Good: Excellent location, well stocked with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and paper towels, brand new beach chairs (4), nice cooler for day trips, free parking, tile on bottom floor, pretty view on the deck, AC in living room and upstairs bedroom excellent.
The Bad: Ants in the bathrooms (I would suggest Talstar to eliminate) kitchen cabinets need good cleaning inside and out, Tub in downstairs bath drains so slowly you have to take a shower in standing water (gross), no fan in downstairs bath, upstairs carpet stained, AC unit in downstairs bedroom never cooled the room at 72 degrees, which is the max you can set it for according to directions, Living room furniture not sufficient for 4 adults, no TV's in bedrooms (my fault for not checking the listing carefully, but we usually expect to have them on vacation), deck covered with bird poop. No place is perfect, but this unit could be fantastic with attention to a few details.

Our home is advertised as a 1 bedroom unit with a loft, 2 bathrooms, so typically 2-5 adults are very happy with the accommodations. Photos are included in the listing. We are happy to provide 3 AC units to help keep the condo cool. We do not have any temperature requirements. We apologize if you came across any ants as we do have the unit professionally sprayed on a regular basis. And we are very sorry that a shampoo bottle top was in the drain. It was removed and thrown away. We are very sorry if you all had wanted more TV's for your stay. Rest assured, the unit has had a good ol' spring clean to help address any concerns about the cupboards or lanai. Thanks again and all our best!! ALOHAAAAA!
