Beautiful condo, very nicely updated
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayReally fantastic condo in a great location on the north shore. This unit has been updated and is beautiful throughout. The unit is two floors, downstairs is a master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with modern appliances including fridge and filtered water. Upstairs there are two additional beds, a bathroom and a small storage closet.
There are two air con units, one in the master bedroom downstairs and one in the main living area, they both do a great job of keeping the space cool. The only issue is there is no AC unit in the upstairs space so it gets a little warm in that space.
There is a storage unit full of snorkel gear, beach toys, boogie boards and pickle equipment, really convenient to have that. You're a short walk from turtle bay which has a beach with public access. Recommend also driving down to Kahuku for food trucks.
Great stay, highly recommended.

Outstanding Stay on the North Shore

Nice and quiet
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property is in a two floor house. This property is at the second floor with a loft. So if there is another visitor down stairs, you need to be carefull about the noise.
Generally, the room is clean and equipped with all necessary tools. ACs are old and I didnt want to activate it because it was with a full of dust.
There are three pools in this area. Those are shared by visitors and residents. The nearest pool is for users who can use quietely. Those who want to be loud need to use another pool. The beach is near-by but not in a distance of walking (10min or more).

I am curious about your AC comment-- we just had it professionally maintained and thoroughly cleaned by North Shore AC about a month ago. I was there with the tech and he took the whole unit apart and cleaned it very thoroughly so I don't understand your concern. I do wish you would have let me know and I could have explained it to you.
Yes, the beach is about a 10 minute walk on nice sidewalks-- most people that stay don't find that to be far, but if you do, you can take your car and park in the public parking there at the Resort-- no fee.

Well appointed with everything you need!
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful spacious apartment with everything you need. It is very clean and comfortable close to all the beautiful beaches in the north shore. It truly felt like I was at a hotel, toiletries and blow dryers included. The sunset at the turtle bay resort is breathtaking and the pools at the end of the day are a welcomed respite. Great for families!

Another day in paradise
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayExactly as pictured and well appointed. A/C and fans very handy. Had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Pickle ball equipment a plus. Convenient location to food trucks, Polynesian Cultural Center and shops in Laie. Would stay again.

Great Condo!!!
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the 2nd time my family has stayed in this condo, 4th time in the complex. We love this area. The condo itself is just as described. The ac units were great, which is why we choose to stay in this particular condo. A couple of the other rentals in this complex only have one window unit that does not cool the entire condo. The property manager was super nice and very easy to get a hold of with minor things that came up and She responded and called me immediately and things were taken care of. The condo is fully stocked beach chairs, cooler, umbrellas, boogie boards and snorkeling gear. All of the things you do not want to worry about having to bring on vacation. Great for a family who want to get Jaout of the city of Waikiki and see the gorgeous island of Oahu. It’s a very safe area. You don’t have to worry about your car unlike other parts of the island.
Only negative and it has absolutely nothing to do with the property Itself, but there is an older resident who is a very unpleasant person and made a few of our days NOT so great on our vacation. I had to intervene when she was yelling at my youngest son, she called me names. She sat and watched us go into the pool and swim. She stared at us the entire time swimming which was very uncomfortable. Sadly, from speaking to a couple other residents who live there full-time, this is her normal. I just wanted the owners of the property to know that she is going to eventually cause people not to want to stay at the property.
