Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We ordered a new sofa which is being delivered on June 7th and ordered new chairs as well. We have our furniture and rugs cleaned professionally every quarter and recently upgraded to a new service starting next month. We are sorry to hear you weren't happy with the floors! Our cleaners normally do an excellent job but, in the rare instance when something isn't cleaned perfectly, they are happy to come back. We hope you enjoyed your stay!

Location!!
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWonderful stay at a wonderful location! The unit is right next to the pool and close enough to walk barefoot to the beach!! Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The unit itself is clean, spacious, and has everything a family needs!

Amazing vacation

Well Appointed, Great Location - Everything You Need For A Great Stay
Publié le 5 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayI was extremely pleased with our decision to stay here. First, the unit was as-described in the listing, which is not always the case with some rentals. The location is inarguably fantastic: mere feet to a pool, the large grass lawn, and straight out to the beach. (No camera tricks in the listing photos.)
Rooms were quiet with comfortable beds. Bathrooms were large and had good water pressure with all amenities listed. The kitchen was very well-appointed compared to other places I have stayed, and included all the necessary kitchen tools to cook in the unit if you are so inclined. There is also a BBQ just across the walkway, near the pool.
There's a small-ish restaurant/bar at the end of the adjacent building which is very close (but situated so that you don't hear it from the patio) which has fantastic food and drink, and I highly recommend a meal or two there. Just a little further up the hill is the main Turtle Bay resort, with its restaurants, coffee shop, bar, and shops.
The unit's "beach closet" (just outside the front door) had everything we could want for a wonderful day at the beach with, and everything was easily transported down to the water and back again. It felt very good not to have to figure out how to rent the beach staples, or worse: have to buy them and then leave them behind somewhere.
Overall, the perfect mix of a quiet space for the family to spend some time together, but with the amenities of a resort just steps away. 10/10 would stay again.

Family vacay
Publié le 18 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThe villa was perfect for my son and family and myself. Steps away from the ocean shoreline. Turtle Bay resort access was a definite plus. It was the perfect location away from crowds and access to many island attraction’s. A couple maintenance items came up but promptly dealt with. My first Hawaii visit was spectacular.

Great Stay

Just walk out to the beach — awesome. Beds and rooms very comfortable.

Great Family Getaway!
