Beautiful but a little misleading
Publié le 27 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayWhile the property was clean and the views were beautiful, we were not able to use all the amenities of the hotel as stated in the description. It seemed as though it was going to be a seamless experience to use everything from the pool, but we were turned away from the gym. The kitchen was also not stocked well as we even had to buy surface spray. Other rentals in the past have had much more waiting for us.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review of our property! As stated on our listing the Ocean Villas do not have access to the hotel pool (you do have access to the heated Ocean Villas pool and jacuzzi). The fitness center will be reopening for membership to the public in 2023 and until then you can pay to take classes in their fitness studio. You can use all of the rest of the hotel amenities like their 6 restaurants, shops, horseback riding, helicopter tours, spa services, snorkeling, e-bike rentals, surfboard rentals, tennis courts, mountain bike rentals, hike and bike trails, etc. Most people are surprised by how well stocked our kitchens are for cooking, baking and dining, but we do not supply cleaning agents other than dish detergent and dishwasher pods. Our cleaners do offer mid stay cleanings that can be arranged prior to, or during, your stay as needed. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to working with you on your next trip to Turtle Bay!

Publié le 12 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayThe property is at a prime spot on the north shore of Oahu at Turtle Bay. It looks out at the ocean (wonderful to view sunrises and sunsets). The villa is filled with amenities - very large TVs, WiFi, very well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed. Great dishwasher and washer and dryer. Beach towels provided as well
as other beach items such as chairs, umbrellas and snorkel gear available in the storage locker. I could highly recommend this
property.
