Our Hawaiian Style Vacation Rental apartment is "Legally operated", and sits on Kailua Beach, one of Hawaii's most beautiful of white sand beaches, and rated among one of the USA's best.
The apartment is located in the front portion of a beachfront home with a beautiful view of Kailua bay. It has it's own private entrance and has convenient parking on driveway just outside the rental unit. The bedroom has one queen-size bed and over head ceiling fan for extra ventilation and comfort. There is a connecting private bathroom and shower supplied with bath towels sets an beach towels.The unit also has a dining table, TV with cable, and unit is computer “WIFI” wireless ready.
There is AC is available for cool air as preferred. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, large sink, Kreuig coffeemaker with 4 complimentary K- coffee cups to start tenants off, electric hot water kettle, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishes, and utensils. There is microwave cooking only . Tenants are responsible for their own food an beverages and all personal soap an toiletries.
Rental has direct side walk private access to front lawn sitting area where tenants can relax an enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Kailua Bay and Mokulua Twin Islands, with steps just at the yards corner to beach. The front lawn is shared with tenants of second rental on premise. For extra privacy during day, the unit window has been tinted at 82% view protection from outside, an inside there's partial view an full coverage shades for further privacy. Lounge & beach chairs are included for use at rental beach premise only. There are out side hose's and faucets for rinsing off sand after going to beach and swimming. There are convenient clothes lines right outside rental door for drying suits, towels, an clothes.
RESERVATIONS: 2 nt MIN - 8 nt MAX - extend nights per hosts consent
During Christmas & New Year holiday periods - 3 weeks before 12/25, and 1 week after 12/31, we prioritize a 4 day minimum booking, including the holiday..
Arrival/depart fee: Christmas/Thanksgiving $50.
Rates are based on 1-2 adults and all reservations are booked on a “first come basis”.
