Can't Get Any Closer To The Ocean!
Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayMillion Dollar views! Conveniently located to town. Not too close, not too far. Was there for Ironman and it was a perfect place to be. Bedrooms were comfortable and each had an air conditioner unit that worked very well. Kitchen had updated appliances. Beautiful little community with a pool and tennis courts. We had a choice of watching the sunsets from the lanai, or a 1 minute walk to the beach. Sandy was super nice and easy to work with. Would stay there, again, in a heartbeat!

Great little townhome at the ocean's edge
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved this townhome. It was perfect for my husband, 2 boys (14 & 17) and I. The place is well stocked with everything you need, and then some. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the lanai, watching the sunset, turtles, tons of yellow fish, birds, etc. The Big Island never disappoints! There is a nice little rocky beach with trees/shade adjacent to the property that are perfect for morning strolls, exploring, lounging, etc. We will be staying here again. Highly recommend!

I want to extend the biggest MAHALO to both you and Bert for being the nicest, kindest, most graceful guests EVER. You walked into our unit and almost immediately found yourself helping us with what was soon identified as a shower pan leak. You allowed and supported EVERY effort to help us get the shower, literally, rebuilt during your stay. You gracefully worked around the construction in that one bathroom and NEVER, NOT EVEN ONCE, complained in any way. We think that we and any future owners that might be blessed to enjoy guests such as yourself will be lucky owners indeed. And, you let us know what you ENJOYED about our place, per your review, more than anything. We look forward to welcoming you back any time and it looks like we have plans to host you again. We are so happy that the charm and beauty of our piece of paradise charmed you as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being our delightful and super understanding and supportive guests. Comfy ocean front condo
Publié le 24 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe (two adults, one teen) enjoyed our stay at the condo. We found it as described. It's dated, but clean and spacious. The location was perfect for us as it was easy access to the town and the boat docks, but far enough away from town that it felt like a nice respite. It had all the suplies we needed and we were comfortable with the in room AC. We spent all of our time in the ocean, so didn't use the pool or courts, but they looked nice.

We're so happy that you enjoyed your stay and found it clean and spacious and I hope that our super unique backyard on the ocean and views from most rooms were also perfect for the location. :) And, I'm so glad you had the supplies you needed and that the in-room AC kept you comfortable.
We will continue regular maintenance and adding projects as space allows to implement updates. It's always possible to make changes but EVERYTHING in Hawaii takes about three times longer than anywhere else plus it's VERY expensive like everything else in Hawaii! Until then, it will be clean, spacious with an exceptional location and everything most guests should need RIGHT on the ocean. Please come visit us again!! Sandy

Family friendly house

Absolute Paradise!
Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayJust the perfect combination of location, relaxed amenities, ease of arrival and departure for the price. We found the snorkeling steps from our backyard to rival the other local beaches, wonderful restaurant's, shopping, and grocery close by and the best Kona coast attractions were also within reasonable driving distance.
The unit had everything we needed for a restful getaway and the community was quiet with an amazing pool.
We loved our time there and I cannot stress enough the view from the Lanai. SUNSETS we will never forget!
We will be back Sandy!
