Nous avions réservé ce condo pour une nuit avant de prendre notre vol pour notre famille de 3 personnes et mes beaux-parents. Nous l'avions choisi pour l'emplacement et les commodités proposés. Comme nous avons été déçus et frustrés! En arrivant, notre unité n'était pas prête et nous avons dû attendre 1h30. Nous nous sommes vus charger des frais de ménage de 88$ US pour une seule nuit, déjà que nous avions déboursé un bon montant pour l'unité. Finalement, quand nous avons enfin eu notre condo, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait au moins 30 degrés. Quand nous nous sommes plaints, on nous a expliqué que pour les clients qui ne dormaient qu'une nuit cela coûtait 25$ US pour avoir la clim! Ok, si vous ne souhaitez pas louer aux voyageurs de passage et bien, ne le faites pas! Avoir su, nous aurions réservé deux chambres à l'hôtel et nous aurions pu dormir.

The unit assigned to us was grossly dirty. I was reading reviews before booking and they were mix of good and bad. Unfortunately, our experience was not good at all. I don’t mind an older hotel or building as long as it is clean. But this unit had dead and live insects, sticky and dusty doors (esp the toilet doors), faux leather chair peeling all over, stained bathtubs and stain on bedsheets. We had to check out early and find another place to stay. I just hope they’d refund our cleaning fee considering we only stayed 2 out of 7 days of our booking, and also the cleaning fee dows not make sense for us because the unit was not clean when we checked in.

Location and scenery: A . This is truly A beautiful property. The staff was welcoming and kind. Our family had a fantastic time, once we got in! However, we specifically requested AC and were given a unit with broken AC. We asked for fans on three occasions and we're told they would be brought over. Never arrived. Reported a short in a light that was not addressed. And no one was there for checkin when we arrived with no communication about how to checkin after hours. So, communication and follow through on requests needs work. Those issues aside, the unit itself was fantastic. Spacious and clean. Easily living for a family bringing three teenagers. And that view... Wow. Will stay here again, but be more aware of the issues listed above.
