Endroit près de tous ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Endroit propre .
Publié le 4 mai 2018 sur HomeAwayEmplacement parfait , situé près de deux super plage. Tout ce qu’on a eu besoin était disponible. Les fenêtres absentes laissaient entrer le son de des vagues de la mer. Nous le conseillons aux couples pas compliqués

Everything We Needed & Close to Snorkeling
Publié le 17 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apparment is small, but so close to great snorkeling, that is easily within walking distance. You can see the ocean, but over the roof top of a near-by house. There are other rental properties surrounding you, so depending on who may be renting, that noise level could vary. Quiet during our stay and the host, Issacs was very helpful.

Great Room, Great Property, Great Location, Fantastic Host
Publié le 29 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayIdeally located between Kona and Keahou, with easy walking to both Magic Sands and Kahalulu beaches. Room is traditional style (screened) studio and very comfortable. Various water gear, coolers, chairs, boogie boards, wetsuits available to borrow. Overall, great value!

Darüber hinaus noch Schwimm Utensilien wie Flossen in allen Größen, Boards Strandstühle ect. Die Apartment‘s sind sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.Die Kommunikation sehr nett.

Needs new matress and to get rid of the ants.

I know everyone has different mattress preferences and apologize it was not to your liking.
For potential guest reading this, I would like to let you know this is a new med firm mattress in great condition with a 1-1/2 in topper cushion that has not had a complaint up until this point. Feel free to inspect during your stay.
As far as ants go, I wish you would have reached out to me during your stay so i could treat and put some ant remedies in unit.
That being said they must have been in and out because I did not see them after you checked out.
We are in the tropics and ants do live in Kona as well and will make appearances from time to time if food is out or looking for water etc.
Regardless Mahalo for your stay and hope you enjoyed Kona.

Days well spent

The house is in a living neighborhood so you don't have the feeling of being among tourists - you get to experience a local green neighborhood full of cool plants and rich with birds. It's also conveniently placed to just walk to some of the best Kona Coast beaches within few minutes. Isaac is a great and super friendly communicator and clearly keep his house and the plants in great shape. We will be coming back!

No windows has a downside
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIsaac has a lovely little studio. Its airy, cheery and well located. I did see one cockroach but it ran away and I wasn't too bothered by it. My biggest issue was because there are no windows that can be closed, which is lovely for air flow, really is a detriment when some sort of animal is screaming at full pitch all night and you can't close the windows. Didn't sleep a wink all night which was unfortunate. Without that tortured cat, I would have given it 5 stars.

Sehr netter Vermieter. Als ich verspätet und im Dunkeln anreiste, ist er gekommen und hat mir beim „einfinden“ geholfen. Es waren herzliche Sachen zum geben und nehmen da, welche mir eine Unterstützung waren.
Die Lage ist prima, der Ali‘i Drive führt zu allen Gegenden, der Strand ist über die Straße und am Morgen begrüßen einen die Vögel und am Abend die Geckos.
