This was our first time at the Kona Rosewood Resort. We loved our stay. The Hale was spotless and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. The beach was great for snorkeling and the pools were relaxing.
The best part is just how beautiful this property is. There are no ugly parts to this resort.
We live on the BI and staycation in the resorts regularly. This one is a definite return for us.

The layout of the property and the rooms are awesome. The service is terrible -- they are very nice but the service is terrible.

Disappointed!!!
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HotelsThe resort itself was amazing. But the staffs are mostly unfriendliness and their hospitality was not even up to standard. They seldom have smile or greet customers. And their communication is so bad that they made many mistakes throughout our trip. We even got checkin with our suites at 5:30pm that’s absurd.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. Food and drinks are pricey. But kind of expected when you stay at a property like this. I would highly recommend it!
