Great place great location!
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was great! Clean, fast internet, hotel employees were really nice and close to beach, nightlife, sightseeing tour meeting spots. Parking lot fills up so finding a spot can be tricky at night. Would definitely book again!

Nice but....
Publié le 8 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, the rental is decent. Small but decent. Overall, it was clean. Where the tile touched the floor in the bathroom and shower was pretty icky. Check in was easy ONCE we located the correct building. The GPS took us to the condos nextdoor. Luckily, the landlord and a nice resident figured all this out for us! The host is very responsive and helpful! confusion

One way parking come in back!

Owner Was Not Accomodating

I basically donated to their cause - i would not recommend

But within a few hours of booking I realized my partner and I had double booked rooms by accident. we needed this room for 1 night , instead of 3 nights. I immediately contacted the host to help me adjust this as it was within just a few hour of speaking with her and booking. I was not looking to cancel the full trip but adjust to 1 night. Long story short - I had to jump through hoops instead of being helped like a human. I work too many jobs and their one job is to hospitality. This review is not toward the manager's attitude toward me, as they kindly and gleefully offered no real help - so i guess this review goes to the owner of the property. You make money on guests. plain, simple. have compassion. They will say the offered suggestions, but in the end there was nothing i could do and basically this was a donation to a vacation rental - and they knew that.

Clean and renovated. Bed was like sleeping on a box spring and walls paper thin. Listened to a woman in the neighboring apartment yelling from 2:00 am to 5:30 am.

Perfect Quick Stay
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayJust stayed one night to be close to the airport. Location was absolutely perfect. So close to everything Kona had to offer. Walking distance to most places. Would recommend even if we had stayed longer. We spent most our time on the Hilo/Pahoa side but this was a perfect end to our trip. 10/10

Peaceful and comfortable!

It was in the perfect spot because I could get to wherever I wanted to and it had access to pretty much everything. Will definitely come back to stay! Thank you Cece!
