Overall satisfied with our stay
Posted Aug. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayWe had a comfortable stay at this condo. The pool and surrounding area is beautiful. It’s a convenient central location on Kona side. The owners were pretty responsive. All appliances were working well. The beddings and decorations are beautiful. I felt the kitchen could be stocked with more utensils and a cooler if someone has to do lot of cooking like us. The parking is free and reserved, however we mostly had trucks parked against the boundary (probably maintenance folks) which was making pulling out hard - something owner to take up with properly management, not really a big deal. Overall, happy with our stay for the price we paid.

Much needed
Posted Jul. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayEverything was perfect, thank God they had an elevator beautiful views, Jim and Christie are perfect pool 100% barbecue. It's too much fun. Beautiful beach across the street , real , close to Downtown Kona shopping in restaurants.
My wife edra ani i will be back. Alos as im thinking about it the Convenience of a washer and dryer What's amazing about it may not seem like alot but it is.

My teens picked this property because of the 80’s Hawaiian vibe and we loved it, so fun! Great location!
The extras like the beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel fins, and games in the property made our trip! Thank you! We will be back!

Great Condo for a Family of 4
Posted Mar. 21, 2024 on HomeAwayThis condo is spacious and has a great layout and view. My 9 &4 year old grandsons swam in the pool everyday. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. There are some pool and beach toys available to use. Location is within 5-15 minute drive to several nice beaches and shopping villages. We had a lot of fun!

Quick Stay
Posted Mar. 20, 2024 on HomeAwayOur family had two nights here when we arrived in Kona. Pool area was great to hang out. Condo was good size, just dated. Loved listening to the ocean from the balcony (though the street between condo and ocean can be busy). It was a great spot for us to hang out and have very quick access around town.

The pool deck and hot tub were wonderful.

Posted Feb. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayWe were stunned when we entered the Condo. It’s like we flashed back to the 70’s. I am not sure what they consider upgraded. Everything seemed like old. The carpet was dirty. The tile in the bathrooms were cracked and had mold and the place looked like it had been painted by a child. Booked for four nights and stayed one night. No response from property manager and the owner said he had no involvement in the place and hung up on me. No refund. Out $1600!VRBO was no help either.

John, you booked on the wrong card, canceled and rebooked. Showed up. Slept in every bed and used both showers. Then claimed it was not the condo you rented? You stayed and decided to leave. That was your choice. I did speak to you through a vrbo representative. You were NOT eligible for a refund. You continued to harass myself and the owner via our personal cell phones. Aloha
