The property is situated in a very nice and calm surrounding. But the owner or the staff could not take advantage of the location. The following are our observations:
a. very poorly maintained, investment for maintenance is very very less
b. pictures posted on website are photo-shoped, digitally manipulated and they do not reflect the reality
c. standards of cleanliness is very low, rooms, beds, furnishings literally stink horribly, windows are never cleaned from outside
d. room service is very poor, no co-ordination among staff
e. billing for food and extra facilities was not transparent
f. plumbing and electricity systems are very primitive
The cost of rooms and the facilities have huge mismatch

food was good. variations not there. good hotel stayed in super deluxe. manager was really helpful.

Availability of Food & Bills

Pour : Room furniture and room view.
Contre : Restaurant and food availability as per Menu card and Manager's politeness.
Emplacement : Local site seeing facility must be made available.
The following are the problems in the hotel :
1. Menu card is available but no food is available as per Menu card.
2. The hotel Manager is too rude and he needs to be sacked. He tell lies about food availability to ensure that whatever he wants to sell that is bought by the Customer.
3. The printed food bills are completely illegible. You have to sit near his computer to check the food bills.
4. Bed sheets and pillow covers are not changed daily though room rent is charged for every day.
5. Room & bathrooms are full of insects & mosquitoes.
