A good place for quick business travel
Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HotelsHotel is nice in general but not a high star hotel. Lobby a good bit the room was a bit congested with low level beds. Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms.

We also now have a brand new road leading to the hotel, which is just 2mins from the main highway and a short 4-5mins drive to SRMT Mall, which is the best entertainment, dining and shopping destination in Kakinada. Wonderful hotel. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed this hotel!

Hotel was pretty good. Checkin desk person was not very responsive. We asked for 2 beds and he shook his head and gave 1 bed. Luckily we asked again after got the key to confirm and one lady came and helped us with the change.

A Stay That'sTruly Grand
Publié le 24 oct. 2023 sur HotelsHad a great experience at the hotel. Courteous staff and there were pleasant surprises as we stayed for the first time. Received complimentary hot chocolate and soup. The chef and the restaurent staff make sure that they connect with the guests personslly and serve them with a smile. I had not experienced this in other star hotels.These small gestures show that the hotel staff do care for customers and they ensured we had overall good experience. Thank you to the management for making our stay memorable.
