The property is not well maintained. The tub floor was, walls were in disrepair. The shower handle fell off. There was initially brown water that came in the shower. The floor in the bedroom was not cleaned. The rooms were not maintained in terms of paint etc.

The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, the food is good, the staff are pleasant. These good things have stayed consistent over many stays at this hotel.
This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it.

Liked the central location of the Hotel, close to major shopping. The breakfast is good. Did not try the Bar since it looked run down.

Hotel is full of mosquitoes and security is not in place. Risky place to stay with family and kids.

The front manager id very rude and he is screaming on his colleagues inform of customers its so annoying. The way he requested me for checkout time is also very rude i will not consider this property to stay again.

Front desk servive ppl are really good, the vallet parking staff always off the site. Overall i recommend the stay.

Publié le 29 juill. 2019 sur HotelsNothing was working in the room - TV, phone. We requested 3 beds and they put a bed on the floor. Rude staff. they did not even help eith my luggsge.
