Amazing room and views!

Lovely location
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HotelsBeautiful host from next door at Alsos House greeted us and made us very welcome. Excellent location, incredible views. Room was small but adequate. Small fridge. Hot shower only at night. Breakfast 9€ next door was nice. Tea/ coffee facilities in common lounge would have been a nice touch for the evening.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room. Shower could use a deep cleaning and small kitchen area downstairs is a mess.

The room was pleasant and spacious but a bit tired.
It’s was value for money but about as far from the town centre as you can get. But that only made it a 20 minute walk at best.
It’s not a negative comment as some people love rock hard beds but they are not for me so the two nights sleep were not great.
The main air conditioner wasn’t working but again that had a portable and it appeared to work well but couldn’t get the room temp down again I like about 20.
So not a complaint as such but that’s why I didn’t rate it higher .
Staff were nice and I chose to miss the breakfast so couldn’t comment .

Hi thank you very much for your review. We would like to clarify that we are indeed located at the old town of Kalampáka but we are only 10 minutes on foot from the city center as it is about a 700m walk. Unfortunately we did have a problem with the air conditioning unit in the room and the technician told us that there would be a long wait, that is why we got the portable unit.Again thank you very much for your review we really appreciate it and we think it is fair.Best regards
