First room was janky. Slanted/slopped bes, dirty/used tissue on floor, tape in walls, dirty/broken lamps. Next room a bit better but had to go back to desk twice for keys that actually worked. Pillows sucked. Dirty coffee maker, no sugar/cream. Shower barely spit out water. Oh and when I checked in, I was told there was a $50 cash deposit for incidentals. What? No debt, no credit. They were nice enough to waive because, really, who carries cash anymore?

Sad but true
Arrived, both the pool and hot tub were out of order. That was one of the main reasons I picked Baymont. Other the sheets changed the room was filthy. Mold in tbe fridge, sticky window sill, poop stains in the toilet.

Filthy , Add in terrible disrepair.
The place was filthy and bed repair. Our first room, the toilet. Was completely brown inside and the water ran in all the time . The floor was filthy and had dried cereal or something all over it. Dead bugs everywhere. The second room the heater didnt work. They had to replace the heater. And it still didnt work very good. I would never stay there again.

Never go here they don't appreciate guests
From the moment we checked in the lady first told us we could check in at noon and then she changed it to 2:00 when we got there and we had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours before we can check in. Heard her threaten to call police on somebody walking down the hallway for moving one of the laundry totes out of their way, which was no reason to say that. There were cockroaches and bed bugs in our room which we didn't even complain about the front desk, we complained to hotels.com and they let the front desk know so when we checked out they banned me from ever staying there again because I reported their bug issue. The lady argued with me and made me feel bad for bringing up the bug issue and told me I was lying about it even though I had proof. The whole experience was terrible!

Messed up birthday weekend for my hubby
Well got there checked in to the glass door for pool area broke out yellow taped and paddle locked shut. The following day the pool was open hot tub didnt work. Then in the middle of the night the hotel lost power which meant no heat so we got up collected our belongings and headed home at 230 in the morning because no heat in cold weather would get cold very fast
