The location is perfect for me to visit my sons. Their service is great and everyone is friendly. The water in the bathroom barely got lukewarm this visit and the pillows had a sour smell. I’ve stayed there multiple times and will stay again but for the price of their rooms, I want better quality.

Booked our suite and tried blaming it on Expedia for over booking when we reserved the room 3 weeks prior and spoke with the staff.

Overall a great experience the staff did show up an hour before checkout but that’s no big deal.

We had to move rooms because the room we had smelled so bad. It's almost like the rooms don't have ventilation, even though they recently remodeled. The area isn't safe and they don't have security, we recently stayed at the Hilton and it's nicer and newer. I don't feel like the Radisson is that much nicer for the amount of money we spent.
