The room was booked and checked out without it being clean

The staff were really nice and accommodating.
The price is good for a suite, and everything worked
The property needs to upgrades to rooms and furniture are dated and
The televisions are old and small
The outside grounds and entrance don't look very inviting. Needed sweeping, no plants.
Furniture old and worn, windows and doors needed cleaning
Smoking from staff and others should have to be done somewhere else other than the main entrance.
Staff should have to wear uniforms, so they are readily identifiable.

Stayed 1 night 2 rooms, better than what I’ve stayed in the past and more reasonable rate. Would stay here again. The only thing I didn’t like is there was no hot tub

I would like to say this stay was wonderful. Your staff member, Punkin, truly make an impression with us. She was incredible and went above and beyond with her customer service. We stayed in room 104 and 108 and she was amazing for us. We did have to move to room 108 as there was a tv issue but she quickly took care of us. Not to mention best breakfast ever at a hotel. We were very pleased with our stay.

When we got there, we were put into a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We went back and got another room. The new room they put us in did not have bedding for the sleeper sofa or toilet paper so I had to go back down and get that.
The room was spacious, breakfast was good and the shower was good. The hairdryer was missing from the bathroom.

Repairs/cleaning needed
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsBoth yeah cans were unlined and full. The bathroom particularly unsanitary filled with used feminine products. Towel rack broken and under the sink, kitchen virtually empty but the dishwasher filled with dishes. Ice had hairs in it as did the carpet, long blonde ones, neither of us are blonde. Drawer handles in the kitchen were broken, couch soiled. I booked last minute traveling to Chicago and we were too tired to keep driving. I would rather have slept in the car. Front desk gentleman and cleaning person were quick to respond, but they need more help, room was in disrepair and dirty (beds were ok). Hire maintenance and cleaning crews to fix the easy stuff and return the rooms to a state fit for human inhabitants.
