Chambre et endroit superbe, dommage que le personnel du service au restaurant ne soit pas formé... ils débarrassent pendant votre repas vous propose les cafés au moment où ils servent l’entrée... sur les 3 dîners c’était restaurant fantôme, personne pour vous accueillir ni en quittant le restaurant, pas de reception non plus ne croise jamais personne, aucune info sur le spa, les activités, rien... Facturation pour 3 expresso au petit déjeuner 22€ grosse douche froide... Pas de directory dans la chambre vous indiquant les numéros à joindre.. seul bémol dans le lodge, piscine glacée, impossible de se baigner, bref on a un sentiment d’être laissé à se débrouiller seuls, aucune attention ni assistance durant nos 3 jours...

Service worthy of 10*

Surprised my wife for our 5th anniversary by flying out to Dubai where she had been on a 3wks long business trip. I took her out of the city and to this magical retreat on the shores of the Gulf of Oman. If I could give this place a 10* rating I would. Everyone was so polite, accommodating, friendly, and everything was simply magnificent. There's nothing I could have recommended needed improvement when the hotel director asked us upon check-out. The service, the food, the comfort, the cleanliness, everything was simply spot on. To us however, it was the people that made our stay that much more relaxing and pleasant. Knowing it was our anniversary, the housekeeping staff went into our tent while we were at dinner and scattered rose petals in the bathtub and the bed, as well as left a cake with "Happy Anniversary" and a handwritten note signed by the entire housekeeping staff. We will certainly return to this Kingfisher as well as visit the other Mysk eco-retreats.
