Chalets were old but still extremely clean and had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable staff were extremely accommodating the park it’s self it’s great on the river plenty for us as a family of five to do! Great location easy to get to beaches and Albany we will be back!

I booked a place for 12 people n I got a place for 8 N the manager gave me $200 discount n I still haven't received it yet

Thank you for your review. It was explained to you that the booking channel allocated your chalet incorrectly as the 1 you wanted was already booked. The chalet you received was suitable for the amount of people staying in it, other than it had 1 bathroom, not 2. We gave you a considerable discount for the inconvenience of having 1 bathroom. As you booked thru Expedia, I would suggest you contact them in regards to the discount as it was done immediately our end. To see that this never happens again, we contacted Expedia/Wotif and had them change their links which they set up for us, removing the link from the 2 bathroom chalet going to the 1 bathroom chalet when the larger one is booked. They have assured us that the larger one now "stands alone" and has no links to our other chalets. The booking system done the re-allocation because the amount of people staying in the chalet was suitable. It did not take into account the number of bathrooms. We apologised when you checked in and we apologise again now. Please let us know how you go with Expedia.

all ok cost was high but overall not bad would stay there again great location
