Hotel was okay, rooms okay and clean ok. But at arrival went at the pool and hot tub (the reason why we booked over there to use them) the hot tub burnt my skin, was practicly boiling water in there! I have done many hot tubs and my daughter and hubby always come in them and this one was just litteraly burning your skin, you can't even put one foot in there. Really dissapointed, told the staff to put the temperature down, told me they would do it and would take a few hours to regulate. Went the next day and felt even hotter! So coudn't even enjoy the hot tub, only the pool. Breakfast wasn't good, only the eggs and yogourt were ok. The toaster burns the toasts, the turkey sausages taste like dog food, the pancakes taste only flour so overall, if you go there just to sleep your fine, for the rest not recommended at all. Bad experience for me, will not return

Thank you for your feedback Stefanie, we apologize for the inconvenience. We though we had our hot tub up and running but looks like we are in need of a part to fix this temperature issue. We again apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is trying to get this fix asap.
