Pas d'ascenceur peut être désagréable

Nous nous excusons si vous avez eu des désagréments dus à l'absence d'ascenseur. Vous pouvez toujours en informer la réception et celle-ci pourra soit déplacer votre chambre au rez-de-chaussée, soit vous aider à porter les bagages dans les escaliers s'il n'y a pas de disponibilité au rez-de-chaussée. Nous espérons que vous nous donnerez une autre chance de mieux vous servir dans un avenir proche.

Belles chambres rénovées.
Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
Déjeuner très ordinaire et limité en temps de covid.

I was very disappointed in this property. Hallway/stairway was really dirty. On the surface the overall place looked good but a little closer look revealed a worn out place that was not very clean. People were nice and the breakfast was better than average. Bed had a nice cover but was also at the end of its life. I booked this place based on the rating but it was obviously a false rating.
