At least remove the train art in the rooms!
Publié le 25 oct. 2020 sur HotelsThey litterally built a beautiful hotel on one of the busiest freight train hub in BC. Do not expect to sleep well if your room is on the train side (1/2 the hotel is). We were not happy with front desk which 1 degraded us to a non suite room on the good side without explaining and 2. Gave us a suite on the train side without telling us it would not be great. Very sad because the suite was nice. Except the pictures of trains which were like a terrible reminder of a bad night sleep...

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for the trains, we do have Park side rooms that do not face the train which is much quieter. Again, we apologize. Thank you for staying with us.

Friendly staff at check in and able to find us a room when we arrived early. That was very appreciated. The pool and hot tub were big hits with the grandkids as was the adjoining ice cream shop. Fiest class all tge way.
