n'y allez surtout pas!!

il est trés difficile de ne pas mentionner le niveau d'insalubrité de cet hôtel. je me suis réveillé avec l'oreiller rempli d'insectes. le WIFI ne fonctionne quasiment pas & j'ai perdu 1/2 jour,ée de travail par leur faute. du côté route, les fenêtres sont si mal insonorisées qu'il est impossible de dormir, la peinture ayant été refaite, l'odeur est insupportable. l'alimentation absdolument dégoûtante, et le prix est quasiment au niveau du Sheraton... une honte et je le leur ai dit. tout est à l'économie sauf les prix affichés pour les clients. je n'y retournerai jamais et je le déconseille formellement. je voyage depuis 16 ans sur 70 destinations pour mon travail et c 'est le pire du pire. une horreur

Chers clients, nous sommes extrêmement préoccupés par votre déclaration « oreiller rempli d’insectes » pour la première fois depuis que nous avons ouvert cet hôtel quelques années en arrière. Nous comprenons que notre panne de wifi et le bruit a émané de la vibration dans la construction de route à proximité qui fait vos 2 nuits inconfortables. Nations Unies heureusement vous avez soulevé cette préoccupation est intervenu un jour vers votre départ date et nous avons immédiatement en vous optant pour une salle de bains sans coût additionnel que vous apprécié. Concernant votre remarque sur la nourriture, nous offrons une large gamme de cuisines dans nos menus. Pour votre dîner, vous avez décidé de choisir la Cuisine d’Afrique de l’Ouest qui vous dit que notre personnel d’attente que vous avez voulu faire un test dans votre durée de vie. Good stay but some practices to be desired

Great stay, however please confirm wi the restaurant that when you charge items to the room they convert to US$ and then reconvert back to Uganda shillings at a higher rate. This process is never explained to you. Be careful

We were late checking in because our flight delays. I pre-paid for the room, but because I was late, they sold the room and refused to give me a refund. We were forced to buy another room, so they double dipped. Very unethical. Definitely recommend staying somewhere else

The guests made 3 bookings with the name of Rochelle Sellers and also you made a separate booking with your name. The hotel had no idea that you are part of the 3 rooms and there was no information passed on. We did not sell any room and was kept vacant. We did not force you to buy any another room. You were given 3 rooms in fact an upgraded 3 bedroom penthouse so we do not understand which another room you paid for please share so no double dipped please. Please note as per the policy last minute cancellation are not considered when you are physically on the hotel and wants to cancel hope you were known to the cancellation policies.Best Wishes

Amazing time

My husband and I had such a great time staying at Kabira. The staf is amazing we felt very welcome. The breakfast was the best ever dag new foods we are sure coming back. Thank you Kabira for the best time we had.

Comfortable rooms and great facilities

The junior suite was very nice and very comfortable. The pool and restaurant were also very nice. It also has a great gym and beauty salon attached

A good option

Look, it's good not great, and you need to make sure you don't overpay. In common with all Ruparelia Group properties the location and facilities are good but the food and service are average. He's a real estate magnate not a hotelier. That said I still use Kabira Club grudgingly several times a year for ease, security and facilities.
