Good hotel except bathrooms
Publié le 6 avr. 2021 sur HotelsMacKinnon suites is nice hotel in a good location in Kampala close to all attractions, suites are spacious with good amenities except bathroom they have to upgrade it because it's really very basic and not in harmony with the hotel rate, shower very small not well functional pretty dark,

Very friendly staff especially Rita at reception.
Breakfast wasn't good but every thing else was good.

Nice stay, helpful staff. Very spacey. Internet fast enough for streaming, great!
Several things broken in the bathroom - lamp over sink; shower basin (so water is running out; 1 door of shower lacking.

Overpriced Old property. It’s not what it claims to be. Better places just round the corner for a better price. Staff wasn’t helpful. $ 30 charges for a second person even if the room is booked as a king room with declared 2 occupancies was a surprise. On the positive side Carrie from the reception was perticularly helpful in communicating with me about an item I had left behind.
