One night stay en route to islands

Stayed in hotel after arriving too late to travel onwards to the islands. Check in was fine, but room itself was in a poor condition, with facilities very run down. The sheets and towels were dirty. Breakfast was delivered to our room in the morning, which was a nice touch, but unfortunately was not particularly appetising. We were interested in seeing whether there was somewhere in the area where we could get a drink, but were told that nowhere would be open (it was only ~8pm, so found this strange). We were given a lift to the jetty in the morning at well over expected cost for trip. Wifi is only available in lobby

Keselesaan tempat penginapan

Amat memuaskan cuma saya tidak dapat duduk lebih lama ini kerana saya check in 1130 mlm dan keluar 0800 pagi. Bagi saya sangat memuaskan dn selesa utk saya yg datang dari jauh.

Poor Facility

Less 5 people were overnight at the hotel. Does not have good facility and entertainment. No swimming pool, no lift, poor site view etc

Clean and Tidy

The environment is great. Quite and peace. Lot of restaurants nearby provide local and western food.

Hotel from Hell

Contre : Need a serious renovation and maintenance
Worst Hotel I've ever stayed. The toilet is extremely dirty and smells. The shower has no water pressure at all. You can't shower at all. Everything in the room is run down and the bed comfort is terrible. I wouldn't stay in this hotel for free!

One of the better hotels near Kuala Besut Jetty

Staff were friendly and helpful. Near the beach. One of the better hotel to stay near Kuala Besut before going to Perhentian Island the next day.

Just nice

Pour : The room is clean and hotel staff is friendly
Contre : I do hope, it will upgrade it facilities to accommodate people who are looking for staycation
Emplacement : Near the beach
You get what you pay. Dont expect you will have a classy hotel with first class facilities. It good hotel for rest before you continue your journey.

Considerate staff; some are money hungry

This was our first stop of our honeymoon and the room was decorated appropriately for the occasion which we really appreciated!!!! Staff was warm and welcoming however on the last day, it turned a bit sour. One of the employees took us to a a little shop to exchange money. As it was very hot that day, we asked if he would like something to drink. He wanted a Coke and then asked us to buy him credit for his phone which we did. However, when he dropped us off at the jetty to go to Perhentian Islands, after paying for the ride (which was more than a regular taxi), he requested a tip!! I am not against the idea of tipping however after buying him a bottle of Coke and credit for his phone, he had the audacity to ask for more! Overall, a good to place to stay at before going to Perhentian Island.

Es difícil llegar, no da alegro de limpio,despiertan a las siete de la mañana para darte un desayuno, el taxi al muelle está muy por encima del precio de Malasia
