Wifi didnt work in the rooms. So I had to work downstairs in the lobby on my lap, instead of the desk in my room.
People in the front desk don’t know anything about transit questions like how to get to Labuan, or how to get to the boat departure port.
Bed was terrible, I had a terrible nights sleep.
When you take a shower, the whole bathroom gets wet.

The room is not properly maintained. The bathroom floor is very dusty (i had black foot the first time entering it😅) the tv singal gone every now and then

Even though its only a budget hotel i salute the cleanliness of the hotel, even with the old furniture but quality wooden furniture. The staffs are friendly. I recommend for a stay at this hotel.

Old Property, No Response to Messages, Offered Air Port Pickup but failed to provide,No Clean, No Service, Too Far from Airport

Nor able to take credit card for purchases at front desk. Receptionist paid for me! When I return next time I will refund her the money. 😀
