It was difficult to find the unit because it was very dark and addresses not lit up
Publié le 11 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe were told the pool and hot tub were included but when we got up the next morning both were cold so we called manager and they looked into it but there was a lock on the pool controls.? Apparently the owners wanted that way I said no way and they took it off the next day. Meanwhile we were without a pool for 3 days. The outdoor patio wasn't very clean. I'm still waiting for my security deposit

We appreciate your feedback! The pool and hot tub were available to you but the heating function did not work properly for two of your 10 day stay. Thankfully, the pool maintenance staff was able to fix the heating issue and it worked well for the remainder of your stay. The master control panel for the pool and spa will remain to be locked and your security deposit has been refunded. Mahalo!

We have stayed at many villas over the years and this one has been our all-time favorite! The kitchen was well-organized and had just about everything that you may need. We love cooking and having a well-stocked kitchen is a must. The layout of the villa was perfect for a family gathering. The condition of the house was pristine. We felt very fortunate to be able to rent it for the week!
