Fantastic property
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a very spacious and luxurious flat. It was exactly as listed. The owner Joy and the on-site contact was very responsive. Check in and check out was very easy. It was vey clean and had all the amenities for the stay. Location was very good and there is plenty of parking with great views of the backwaters from every room We very much enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. One thing which could be added is a dishwasher.

The apartment is near the heart of the city, all the amenities you need, good security in the complex and a property manager who will help you with anything you need. Joy is also very responsive in case you need something fixed in the home. I highly recommend his place

Perfect Family Flat in Cochin

There was plenty of room for my family of four and all the convenience of home - several AC rooms, televisions (equipped with Netflix, Prime, etc.), Wi-Fi, a fully functional kitchen, modern bathrooms, storage, and so much more. We are so glad we stayed here versus a hotel.

We had a very good tenant. They are very happy and enjoyed . They kept the apartment neat and clean. Even our security gate keepers and service lady gave us positive remarks. We wish to rent it again to them on next visit. Wish you all nice time ahead. Thank you

Great Apartment-Excellent View

Can give a good recommendation for anyone that wants a lot of space and quality. View looking out onto the lagoon was serene and overall area was quiet.

The apartment was presented in perfect condition. Everything was exactly as advertised.

I found nothing that was not consistent with the description of the property. .
My only criticism would be that for myself as a 70 year old gentleman I found the mattress es too hard for my liking.

Excellent stay
Publié le 22 mai 2017 sur HomeAwayHad a wonderful time in May. Right in the midst of the city. Easy access to anywhere in the city. Good and clean apartment. Highly recommended for familes with kids. Will surely come back in our future visits.
