A hidden gem !
The hotel exceeded our expectations particularly in terms of cuisine. The breakfast, the al a carte menu and the dinner buffets were excellent. The staff were friendly and very attentive and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The views from the rooms & the restaurant were majestic. The roof top bar was a plus but the rainy weather interrupted our use of the facility. All in all a perfect two day stay and I highly recommend this boutique hotel for visitors to Kandy.

The Grand Serendib was a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely helpful and even helped with things like printing train tickets, they also made sure our special occasion felt even more special. Thank you very much to the entire team.

The hotel and staff were so lovely. The location was great just 10 minutes from the railway station. The food was so delicious and the ambience in the roof top bar was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in kandy.

Amazing stay, amazing staff!
Myself & my boyfriend stayed here for 1 night last week & we had an amazing stay! The hotel really is luxury at such a great price! It’s only been open for 1 year which means it’s extra clean. The room was spotless & very spacious. The bed was very comfy, with a large flat screen TV that has many channels including sports, facing it. The staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond, they were so helpful & polite. The bathroom was clean & the balcony was great with aesthetic furniture. We wanted to extend our stay but they were fully booked which is totally our own fault for not booking to stay longer in the first place & this just shows how great the hotel is. The hotel is clearly very popular, as it should be. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed two nights and had a delightful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome from start to finish. The food was excellent, featuring a diverse menu that catered wonderfully to various tastes. We thoroughly enjoyed the variety and quality of meals provided. Additionally, our rooms were very clean and tidy, which added to our comfort. This was a stopover in Kandy for 1 night. Property is really nice with an infinity pool and amazing views. The rooms were large but do need an update as they look a little tired. Perhaps a quick paint will change them completely. Bathroom was very nice Staff were really nice Food was average but we are comparing this hotel to our amazing hotel in Sigiriya
