Publié le 22 févr. 2019 sur HotelsDer Service war zwar nett hat aber nicht viel geholfen. Das Zimmer war dreckig und keine richtige Bettdecke. Das Frühstück war gut. Den anliegenden Pub sollte man meiden. Schlechter Service und wir wurden stark von anderen Gästen bedrängt.

Nice location. This is a very basic hotel so don't expect too much. It was just ok, and no air conditioning, but we were not hot due to fan and cooling through windows. Decent for the low price.

A nightmare
Publié le 15 janv. 2016 sur ExpediaPictures provided by managment do not reflect actual condition. This hotel is not clean and outdated. Staff do not know how to make your stay comfortable.
I booked two days there based and checked out before even staying one whole day. Managment switched off AC so I pay more or move to a room with no AC.
Never book in this hotel!

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your response. As explained to you in arabic, we have Economy & Delux rooms. You have booked an economy room by just looking at photos and ignoring amenities. Having understood, we offered to upgrade you @ 50% cost and make you comfortable, for which you did not agree.
We regret the inconvenience caused due to the foregoing which is beyond our control.
