Terrible Echo lodge

The place falls apart the pool is rotting the Aircon TV fridge not working no kettle in room. Bar and dining non existence. Bathroom no plugs in drain. Mosquitoes eat you up as you have to open windows as AC not working! Sorry but what they advertise and what you get differs worlds apart.

This comment is unfortunate in that i wish i knew what specifically was dirty...is it the room ...or something else? We clean our rooms daily even when they were not occupied.Ï also wish i understand what was "Disorganised" ...i am the owner and i am always on site so it really helps me improve if the guests shares their experience or disatisfaction with me directly.Anyway on inquiry from my staff there was confusion about payment ...Paul paid to Expedia and receptionist was not clear whether he paid for bed and breakfast for 2 people or bed only. Further inquiry showed that he had paid for breakfast for only one person though they were a couple. we did not charge for the second person though and i thought that was a bonus to him. I ecourage guest to voice their complaints on site as we are hands on and can solve immediately.

Do not stay at this place you'll be sorry

This was extra bad. We booked and got confirmation but on arrival they told us it is full. The reception area was dirty. The receptionist was not helpful. The rooms was a nightmare. Be prepared that the room will be full of bugs. I stay in a nature reserve but we don't have so many creatures on the floors on your bed flying around. Everything in room is broken. The geyser making a noise whole night. The shower was blocked. This place is expensive and it's not worthy. Everything was a. Ess

Sorry to have to say this

No towels or soap in the room, dirt on the floor, stained smelly not fresh sheets, outside an obstacle course of mud and puddles, broken coat hangers on the floor in the closet, many bugs on the wall and finally a spider from the pillow case. We had to leave to another motel down the street to get any sleep at all. And even without these issues, at $124 it also very overpriced for the basic accommodation it is in this part of the world.
