Very upset this is the second time in a month that I have stayed in a hotel that has posted they have a hot tub and pool but they are not in working condition! Plus this one showed they had a jetted bath tub in the pictures but didn’t even have this .

Needs cleaning and update.

This hotel is in serious need of a good update and cleaning. There were signs of white mold. one of the windows was completely white from the broken seal. The Drapes were ripped. bathroom showed wear on shower/tub and just over all made me feel like nothing was clean. Drips from who knows what, ware and tear are normal but this just felt unclean. The pool and spa were closed and while I likely would not have used them I was not aware until I saw a sign at the front desk. That should have been an email before arrival. Clearly not an issue just that day. I arrived late, the lady at the front desk did not give me our breakfast ticket, I had to ask in the morning. The lobby is nice, looks fairly updated and the people in the breakfast area are shining stars! Explained everything, made sure we got fresh food and that we had what we needed.
