Everything was as expected. Only issue - how do you operate a casino where you can’t get coffee at 8am in morning? Crazy

Stayed over at harrahs in KC but your hotel and casino makes them look like a cheap joint..

Rooms were nice, missed having daily maid service. Front desk staff was helpful.

I understand the Wild West Theme, however the rooms needs to definitely be updated, and more restaurants open to give the guests options instead of having to Uber to nearby restaurants.

Very nice spacious rooms with separate toilet area from rest of bathroom. Makeup mirror with light in bathroom. Need to have USB connections in rooms and more plug outlets as ones on lamps not good. Need to have coffee station on the property as the coffee in the casino is awful and in room not good either. No coffee available in early morning as nothing open. Very limited dining-one breakfast/lunch area, one sports bar, and one very expensive but excellant Chop house steak restaurant. Need to tell guests about free sodas available in casino area vs over $4 at burger place.
