On a secluded cul-de-sac, this beautiful apartment is only a short walk to a beautiful trailhead of hiking, biking along a river.
Close to Martin City, Leawood & OP KS! Also a 5min drive to IHOPKC.

It's a completely BRAND NEW basement apartment with two cozy bedrooms with high ceilings and has everything you need to relax with your family and friends.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all NEW appliances with all the tools that a good chef needs.

The space
This incredible 2 bedroom apartment with high ceilings has everything you need to relax with your whole family & friends.

Kitchen is equipped with all you may need to create some delicious cuisine. Olive oil, sea salt+pepper, sharp knives, electric kettle + lots of cookware!!

Bedrooms all have brand new quality mattresses, 100% cotton sheets & pull down black out blinds for restful sleep.

Master bedroom has a Queen Bed, fuller dresser and a walk in closet with tons of space!!

Bunk room has a full over full bunk bed with a single pull out trundle. Could accommodate up to 5 people. Top bunk can hold 2 kids but recommended for only 1 adult by manufacturer.

1 pack+play available and 1 high chair + 2nd high chair available (upon request)!

1 car parking spot in driveway available and plenty of free street parking in front of house.

*House has stairs to access the basement apartment.

No parties, no smoking/vaping, no shooting guns, no candles and no unregistered guests are allowed (thanks!)

My family of 4 stayed for about 12 weeks and it was wonderful. The playground was a life saver and my kids loved it so much. The neighborhood was so safe and quiet. Everyone is kind!! So thankful we found this spot. The host were so awesome and helpful during our whole stay. We will miss the area for sure.

We had a great stay in Kansas City. The apartment was as advertised. In the basement, with a separate entrance. The place was clean, spacious, quiet, and very welcoming. Communication was excellent. Our daughter loved the little playground in the back. We would absolutely stay here again .

Beautiful Property

This apartment was perfect for our stay of almost 2 weeks. It is very clean and the decor creates a peaceful atmosphere. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There was everything needed to cook meals. Check-in and communication with the host was uncomplicated. The separate outside entrance to the apartment and designated parking in the driveway were so convenient. It is obvious a lot of thought and care went into creating this beautiful, welcoming space. We will definately stay again when we are in the KC area.

Perfect Fit!

To be honest at first we were a little apprehensive about staying in a basement style apartment in someone's existing home, but the rate was very reasonable and we booked it. Upon arriving all of our hesitations were put to rest when we saw the wonderful atmosphere the owners had prepared. It was just right for us! The communication was excellent and any questions we did have were answered within minutes at the most. The private key code access made it feel like we had the place to ourselves. We ended up eating a couple meals in the residence and the owners had provided everything we needed. When we were wiped out from a day of shopping and sightseeing it was great to come back, pop some popcorn and settle in for a family movie night. The neighborhood was safe and secure, while still within easy driving distance of all the experiences of Kansas City. 100% recommend this stay to anyone.
