Once check-in was near completion, the issue of an additional "$100 cash deposit" suddenly becomes required at the desk only. No mention of this while reserving online. Furhtermore, it seems this "requirement" may be based on how the desk staff feels that day.

it was a nice hotel staff was friendly.
Our room had two queen beds and a sofa, the sofa was very stained, I would not sit in it. We had my sisters grandson visiting in the room running around in his socks soon the bottom of them were very dark....yuk

Check in process not smooth due to having used Expedia to make reservation. Check out was slow due to inexperienced staff at front desk. Wi-Fi very good. Breakfast was only average. Room very clean with good amenities. Price of room was a little above average for what one gets. .
