Hidden gem
Booked these rooms last minute for a family trip to a concert at Arrowhead. Location was great, we ended up being 20 minutes from everything we did that weekend (arrowhead, worlds of fun, legends outlets, zoo). We checked in very late at night and the staff was still very friendly and helpful, each person we interacted with was kind, helpful and showed pride in their job. The facility was clean, rooms were great, quiet for the most part, did hear some early morning kids but we are parents too so not bothersome. Loved having a coffee shop in the lobby, and enjoyed that coffee in the sun on the lobby patio! Overall really pleased with our stay.

Area was beautiful. The outside of the building needed painting. When we unfolded the sofa couch is was not clean so we didn’t use it. The pool area needed to be cleaned and the floor was VERY slick. The staff was absolutely fantastic.
