Le petit déjeuner est ridicule (juste du pain de mie, du beurre et un yaourt à 8h15) mais à part cela ça va pour le prix

I arrived pretty late in the evening to check-in and was given my room key. I went up to the room and opened the door and there was somebody already in the room sleeping in the bed. I quickly shut the door and went downstairs and was given a different room. A little weird.. but ok, whatever. This room was fine and I had no issues until the morning when I went for breakfast. It was a real basic spread with coffee and cereal and a few other items. I go to make a bowl of cereal and the milk poured out of the jug all clumpy and curdled. So I told the guy at the desk who brought out a new gallon of milk. I make a new bowl and pour the milk again.. and again it’s curdled. The guy at the counter was not around so I decided to get breakfast somewhere else.

My friend and I came to the area for a football game and she has a service dog. I told the guy at the desk upon check in that we had a service dog multiple times and he said there was a $100 refundable fee for that. It’s a service dog! We were tired and just wanted to check in so I paid it. 3 weeks later and I still have not been refunded this fee. Called twice and now the incident is under investigation so I can get my damn money back. I could hear all the loud trucks go by as the room faced the interstate so it was very noisy all night long.

Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe bedding was filthy and the room had clearly been used prior to my arrival; and not cleaned. Shower was wet and disgusting! The hotel only agreed to give me a refund ( which I have not seen yet ) if I promised to check out the same evening I checked in. VERY disappointing; since I checked in for a biz trip at approx 7:45pm and then had to check out two hours later when I turned down the sheets to get ready for bed. Front desk staff EXTREMELY rude.... Buyer beware

The room was dirty, breakfast was basically nonexistent, and we were woken up by banging on our door at 3am.

Conveniently located.
Not so clean. Beadsheets with holes from cigar.
The breakfast is a pity. Only coffee, apple/orange juice and bread. Nothing else
