Super clean, quiet, and everything you need. It's a few blocks from a grocery so you can pick up food for dinner, right on the streetcar line (currently free to ride) which makes it easy to explore the downtown area, and a number of restaurants nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, etc. There was even coffee and tea available. If you're on a long trip, you'll appreciate having a washer and dryer right in the apartment.
We did have an issue with parking, which I'll mention to help others. It may appear that the garage is closed, it is not closed for people staying in that building, just follow the instructions you get and pull up and get your ticket, the door will open. Also, not that parking is not included, but it is pretty reasonable considering you are right downtown.
If we are ever in Kansas City, MO, again, we'll try to stay here.
