Staff was great and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat. It was very clean inside the hotel and the room. Bathroom was clean, and shower head was a nice touch. Sink was small to drain, but drained within a few seconds. Beds were good compared to most hotel beds. They have a snack_dinner and drinks in the evenings that we didn't know about, so check that out. It starts at 5pm. Breakfast was also really good. No complaints about the hotel at all We'd definitely stay here again.

First stay at This property. I was there for 6 days. I had an exceptional experience, staff was top notch, The manager ( bald guy sorry didn’t catch his name ) runs a tight ship and it shows. Nothing but perfection and true hospitality. The food in the bar was amazing and the staff was friendly and very respectful. Wonderful trip and you guys were the best part of it. Thank you all! From the time we walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, I knew we was in for a treat. It was like a big family. I travel a lot and this was the best service I’ve had in the US. Job well done.

Our stay was so good we actually added another 2 nights on. The staff - every single one - was friendly and helpful. The cooks at breakfast were amazing. The hotel has its own small restaurant and bar on top of the free food offered and we ate dinner there one night. All was great.

Stayed here with my children and we absolutely loved it! The breakfast was great and the evening kick back was so cool! The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and our room was clean and spacious! Only thing we thought was a little strange was the windows don’t open in the room at all and there is no fan in bathroom so when you are getting ready the room gets really steamy..staff was very friendly and helpful as well!

Great Stay at Drury
A friend and I were in Independence for a concert, so we chose this hotel because it was close to the venue. I'm so glad we stayed here! Not only was it very close to the venue, this was a really nice hotel. We really liked not having to waste money eating out since they provided a nice selection for our evening meal, and then they had a nice selection for breakfast the next morning. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was everything we could have asked for.
