We stayed in room 227. Avoid this room at all costs. Below are room was very loud radios and voices of people. We could hear them at all hours of the night. We found out that are room was above some radio control room which is why we would constantly hear these voices and radio sounds. We complained to the front desk, because it was indeed annoying, and couldn't switch rooms. The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the wall unit thermostat wouldn't go above 69 degrees. Overall the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It was just a huge inconvenience to be in a room with constant noise coming in and out of our room. The spa was out favorite place , the pool was a little dirty. The gym was small but fun, although one of the walking machines in the facility was broken.

No Hot Water and Broken Thermostat

The room was clean. The challenge was that the thermostat did not work correctly and would run continuously (I woke up and it was 85 degrees). And no hot water the second morning. The breakfast buffet was good.

The bed was comfortable. The shower was nice but the knob you pull to start the shower was janky and fell off leaving water squirting all over the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was too big for the frame making a vey loud noise when trying to close it. The breakfast person was crabby. When I asked about gluten free options at breakfast she just said “no” and made no eye contact.

It was a great stay other than you froze to death while enjoying breaks, the entry way is too close to the dining area.

I stayed here 6 days with my two elementary age kids. Hotel is very clean other than the hottub was dirty and gross. My biggest issue was the 1st night I checked in only my room did not have hot water. When I asked the front desk she said it was because it was cold outside but the guy across the hall said he had steaming hot water. So I switched rooms and problem solved.Then morning 5 and 6 I woke up both times and had no hot water before going to work for the day. Hotel staff offered only a $35 discount. The breakfast here is pretty mediocre. But the hotel in general is quiet and feels safe. The thermostat in the room I set to 74 and it never got over 71. I do like this hotel for the price but not having hot water is very inconvenient. Housekeeping staff does an exceptional job!

It was a pretty decent hotel. Seemed clean enough except for the pill my 1 yo found in the floor in the room. The hot tub was just warm which I liked but others wished it would've actually been hot. It also was murky looking which isnt necessarily the hotels fault. Everyones lotions, body oils. Just something to expect with a hot tub. The shower water pressure was absolutely AWFUL. Breakfast was great besides the people keeping up with the breakfast would sweep then go fix something with the food without any handwashing or gloves. Hallway also smelled like a gym/feet.
