While we were staying at the hotel a fight broke out in the bar. Your female bar tender needs some education on diversity and controlling herself opinions. Though we were not involved in the incident there was no reason for some of her comments made whether she agreed or disagreed of the situation. Somethings are best left unsaid.

Thank you for your review and concern. Obviously, fights at the bar are not our forte. Hopefully we don't have to see such behavior from grown adults again.

The rooms are very dated and poorly maintained. The mattress was lopsided which hurt my back. The shower didnt drain the faucet was loose and the walls were dirty..
They did change our room when we requested but i was really disappointed.

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 4:20. Very disappointed.

Brief stay at Embassy Suites - Kansas City Airport
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe arrived around 4pm and family came and picked us up to take us to Zona Rosa for dinner. We returned, slept, and left at 8 am to go to the Kansas City Airport by shuttle and arrived in plenty of time to catch an airplane to our home.

The lobby was very roomy and the water features were nice. The furnishings in the room seemed outdated and well used. The hotel was clean. The night we stayed there were several little League Baseball players running through the lobby and in the parking lot. At one point I left the room to go to my car and there were several police officers in the lobby with several police vehicles with lights flashing outside the front door. I didn’t ask what happened . Breakfast was not the greatest either. I did not stand in line for the cook to order food I chose the scrambled eggs and French toast and potatoes from the buffet at 7:07 (they open at 7am) everything was cold. Potatoes tasted as if they were prepared then frozen or refrigerated and then warmed up that morning but not very well. The staff were pleasant enough we only interacted during check in and check out. So not a horrible experience but not the best. It served its purpose for the night.
