We were told it was over booked but cannot get our money back. This is unacceptable!

Staff was amazing
But car got broken into and no cameras even though there is a sign saying there is.
Was told to make a police report and the property insurance would cover what was stolen but that hasnt happened.
People out all night walk-around parking lot.

The property is buried in a run down neighborhood. We never checked in because there were so many trashy people hanging out in the parking lot that I didn't feel my car would be safe. People sitting outside drinking and smoking pot. Music playing loud from parked cars.
