Also, the description described a jacuzzi tub, which does not work. This is a dublex which caused no problems, but that is not listed either. It was clean and outside deck is nice.

Big house in a gorgeous neighborhood
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family had a wonderful time here. The house is in a fabulous neighborhood that was VERY safe. There were four couples and one extra person and we had plenty of room. It sure did beat the cost of separate hotel rooms and we got to spend much more time together than we would have otherwise.

Perfect space in a perfect location.

Youth Conference Stay

The street on which the duplex is located is gorgeous but the duplex itself is underwhelming. The yard needs attention. I would suggest stocking the kitchen with more pans, dishtowels and dishes. Mattress pads needed on the beds. Our host however was very easy to talk to and available.

I left 4 messages in the app and one message on phone number provided for this guest during their stay but never got a response. All beds have mattress pads, one was left off & was available in the laundry room but there was no communication. We have 24 plates & various saucers along with twice the pots & pans of any short term rental. The yard was freshly mowed & trees had just been trimmed. The review sounds as if the guest stayed in a different property as is obvious from the other reviews.

Central Kansas City stay
Publié le 24 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayNice home in a beautiful and convenient location. Easy to get downtown and to the Plaza areas from here. And the neighborhood is very safe and has very cool historic houses all around.
