We had a good experience at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was good also.

I liked the fact that the mattress didn't sag in the middle when sitting on the side of the bed

The staff that worked during the week were absolutely miserable human beings and became irritated when guests would ask for services, even about something as small as buying a drink from the "store.". It was like having guests staying at the hotel was such a hassle to them. On the weekend however, different staff worked and they were AMAZING! In the week that we stayed, my room never got cold and stayed cold. I had my thermostat set to the low 60s, but my room never got below the mid 70s. I woke up sweating every night. I never got good rest because of this. The unit was not frozen and when the unit was not running, I could kick the thermostat up one degree and the air would come on for a few minutes. Also, we were supposed to have housekeeping services every other day. Out of 6 days there, housekeeping only came once, on a weekend day.

we called twice to get towels and never brought. In a 4 day stay they never cleaned the room
