WE GOT BEDBUGS FROM STAYING AT THIS HOTEL A WEEK AGO!!
We spent three nights at this property and, although we were supposed to have our room made up each day, we didn't get any housekeeping the entire time we were there.
I told the front desk each day and we still didn't get fresh towels and no one cleaned the room.
The manager said they would refund us the cost of one night but that hasn't happened.
Also, the phone in the room didn't work, which I reported on the first day, so when I needed to talk to the front desk I had to call on my cell phone through their outside line. They said they would fix it immediately, but it was never fixed.
This place is just the WORST!

We loved the convenient shopping around the hotel . We were able to walk to all our restaurants and shops so fun. Nice staff. Parking got full on game days .

My only complaint was paying $26 a night for parking. I would have parked across the street in free parking had I known. I self parked in the hotel garage. I was there less than 24 hours and had to pay $52 for parking my own car.
