WE GOT BEDBUGS FROM STAYING AT THIS HOTEL A WEEK AGO!!
We spent three nights at this property and, although we were supposed to have our room made up each day, we didn't get any housekeeping the entire time we were there.
I told the front desk each day and we still didn't get fresh towels and no one cleaned the room.
The manager said they would refund us the cost of one night but that hasn't happened.
Also, the phone in the room didn't work, which I reported on the first day, so when I needed to talk to the front desk I had to call on my cell phone through their outside line. They said they would fix it immediately, but it was never fixed.
This place is just the WORST!

Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsAverage stay. The room took a long time to cool off. We requested a fan. They did offer a different room but didn't feel like moving. The sliding bathroom door was broken and needed painting badly but not the end of the world. The valet was quick just a little pricey considering the free parking across the street.

Convenient location on the Country Club Plaza for shopping and dining. Easy to get an Uber
Excellent pool with towels provided
Fitness area
We took an Uber to Union Station and then caught the FREE street car to River Market for lunch and shopping
Did not like the lack of towels in our room (2) for two people and (1) wash cloth, plus (2) total cups of coffee for two people. Also, our safe was broken.

Pleasant stay at Hilton Country Club Plaza!
