Front desk vacant at check-in for an uncomfortable amount of time. When help did show, no acknowledgement, no welcome or emotion of any kind. Upon check-out, same gal. A robot would have been more personable! Asked our room number and if I wanted my receipt, then prints out the wrong room and receipt which we didn’t notice until after we left KC.

Your hotel was perfect for the stay we had. Close to the Speedway. 2 Great food venues. Culvers and IHOP. Great room. Great pool and hot tub! Your breakfast and attendant was amazing!!! Thanks for the very enjoyable stay! We are planning a return trip next fall.

other than shower hand held broken all else was ok. i am upset because I am a IHG reward member and I get a room that i cant even take shower

Very clean. Friendly staff

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped. They have both soft and firm pillows in the rooms to fit all preferences. The staff was very kind and the location is next to a Culver's and an IHOP. The only issue we had was that the key cards didn't work on the exterior doors. Because of limited parking in the front, it made for a long haul to the room. To be fair, it was obviously a fluke issue. They tried reprogramming our cards but it was apparently a problem with the door locks instead. Also, they offered us free snacks for the inconvenience. Overall, a good stay.
